Mens 100 Final in Beijing, China
As a staff photographer for Sports Illustrated Magazine, the opportunity to photogragh sporting events brings me to many places for many great moments performed by superior athletes.
Photographing Olympic competition is like no other moment in sports. This past summer, the staff at Sports Illustrated made some of the most memorable pictures while in Beijing, China. I had the opportunity not only to experience taste of an ancient culture in a place a world away, but also to make many memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
Usain Bolt of Jamacia shattered the world record in the Men;s 100 final enroute to a spectacular Olympic performance. My position above Olympic Stadium also known as the Bird's Nest, offered unique perspective Bolt's domination.
